Resoldo sites are available by invitation only. They cost 20 American dollars a year and are free to play with for 90 days before you actually have to fork over the 20 spot.
If you want to have a site at Resoldo.com and know a musician that's already here, they can set you up with a site, easily. Simply go to your friends Resoldo page and send them an email. Click the contact link on their page and send them a nice note. It's up to them whether they do anything or not.
Resoldo blogs for musicians are also available by sending in an email request for access here. If you use this approach, Resoldo needs to see hear sort of stuff you're doing first, so attach a sample or something. No, not everyone who wants a site gets a site. Yes, it's elitist, and possibly pretentious and lots of other stuff as well.
