The idea of a blog site for musicians isn't a new one, but the way this one works is different.
There are a lot more features here than the average blog. Members will figure that out, hopefully. The sites can do a lot of tricks that should be fairly useful for musicians to get their message out, share ideas and whatever else.
Resoldo is not for bands! This website is not designed to be any sort of promotional tool. The idea here is to provide musicians with a place where they can trade ideas and information, and give each other support. There are plenty of other spots where you can make a website for your band, some of which you may have heard of.
The programming for Resoldo comes from Bug Logic, which is a company started by sometimes musican, Robert Zimmerman. The code that makes Drawger run is all open source PHP and the primary code-master is Josh Carpenter.
Hopefully, the Resoldo idea will be checked out at the very least. It's free for 90 days and at $20 a year after that, we're raising money for a Cigarette Boat Racing Team.
